It's possible that it dosen't have the AMEX record in there. However, it's also possible (and given Continental's history of inconsistent OP info and bonuses, etc) that the bonuses haven't "hit" for those segments yet.

I'd give it another week and if the bonuses don't show, I wouldn't worry about side-effects of calling the OP SC. I've never had an agent that cared about all the bonuses that I was getting.
