Happens all the time if you ask for it . Usually there's at least one can of mystery cola that's boarded on most any domestic flight - catering doesn't take the time to sort out the foreign cans and when you fly out of a major gateway, you'll have plenty.

Usually the FA's steer clear of it, but I've found when I ask if they have any foreign colas on board, they almost always do, and are more than willing to let you have one.
