You may have a problem if your trip down there corresponds with the May 25th holiday (or whenever that long-weekend holiday is observed); when it corresponds to nearly pre-planned strikes, the planes can be packed. I use Amex's local travel office there but the best "package" deals are found generally elsewhere.

Also, if there are a lot of big conventions in town, there can be issues.
