At ABQ yesterday afternoon I went to re-print and the kiosk " did not know what I was talking about!" and simply spit out a card saying "see an agent."

And while I was doing this, 8 people hit the once empty line so I had to wait to get my reprint. And, the agent did not know anything about kiosk reprints!

So, what's up, WN? If these things are all on a network, with access to PNRs, etc., then why are some different than others? And why are the agents in the dark??
