I've seen the suitcase in line issue more and more this spring. The worst was in Nashville, when I was 2nd in the A line behind a bunch of suitcases, and ended up to be the 13th person to board. Most were a dentist and his assistants returning from a Conference. Incredibly frustrating--I love Southwest, but I think they need to get ahold of this issue. This issue, coupled with the diminished value of bonus points, and I'm actually contemplating America West again (shudder, shudder).
