Note, it has been a while since I have been on a 777, so this is from looking at aa.com seat maps: Row 30 is a bulkhead row and only has seats in the center section (30CDEFG).

Row 31 is the exit row, so 31AB and 31HJ are exit seats. I think the center seats in row 31 are just standard coach seats.
