I second that, and it's easy to do if you have a US billing address (Amex Blue Cash, Citi Dividend Platinum Select, MBNA Fidelity all have their advantages; I have two of them). But are there cash back credit cards in the Australian market? What rewards do they offer? Do card issuers even make 1.5% in fees charged to merchants in Australia? I'm curious.
