Just know your own limits, and remember that alcohol affects you more strongly at that altitude.
As for selection, off the top of my head it is:
Wine – Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Red Wine
Beer – Bud, Bud Lite, Amstel Lite, Heineken and Corona
Minis – Vodka, Gin, Jack, Whiskey, Scotch, Rum, Kuala and Baileys
Couple notes from experience... FL f/as in the Business cabin seem not quite as confined to the Business Class cabin than DL ones do to DL's cabin. This can result in a de-facto reduction in number of drinks one is served (since one can't ask an f/a for a drink when he/she is back in Y.) Including the on-ground drink, I have found that on the ATL-HOU DL flights in F, I usually am offered between 3 and 5 drinks per flight (not that I drink that many; 3's the limit for this 270 pounder); on FL Business Class, I am usually offered 2, possibly a refill after the second. From what I have seen, the FL f/as are quite accommodating - provided one is not an a-hole to them. One other difference is that FL seems to have a bad habit of under-stocking their drinks, resulting in a shortage of vodka for bloody marys and also a shortage of red wine on the HOU-ATL segments. FL does not have catoring at HOU, so if the inbound pax drink up, the outbound ones have less choices.
As for the seats, the FL 717 ones have a nice feel, but do seem to be narrower than DL's on comparable equipment (MD-88). Of the 3 flights I have taken on FL, the most recent 2 have had XM. I think all are supposed to have XM by now, but I could be mistaken.
