If it earns AsiaMiles and it is operated & marketed by a OneWorld Airline then it earns club miles/sectors. The classes which earn AsiaMiles are listed here for each airline: http://www.asiamiles.com/en/earn/air...117477,00.html

All codeshares marketed by Cathay earn Club Miles as if they were operated by CX.

There seem to be inconsistent reports of whether a flight marketed by other OneWorld airlines and operated by a non-OneWorld AsiaMiles airline (e.g. JAL marketed by AA) would earn Club Miles.
