Bellman- $5
Doorman- really depends- from nothing to $40 (if for example I left my car out front a few times)
Conceirge- Depends on services- from nothing to $100
Housekeeping-$5 per day on avg
Exception: If the hotel has a service charge (ie in Asia most properties have a 15% service charge)-then no.
