Were these both chains that IC purchased in the past two years? Properties are only located in the USA, so those of us elsewhere on the planet are unfamiliar with them. I guess Candlewood is the lowest end product, while Staybridge cushioned between HI and CP. And both would tend to be surburban properties, located near business parks?
