I now bring my Centurion benefits mini-book with me to point out this fact and it still generates little results. Even if it did, I am tired of having to walk all the way from my car back to the counter an then back out again. They should get it right the first time.

This happens EVERY TIME and I am sick of it.

Does anybody know hat the best course of action is to get some results?
