Recently I helped a lady in F recline her FS into a bed. Since nothing says "I've never flown F before" like not knowing how to work the seat (and since AA doesn't really help with directions) I made the Guide to the AA Flagship suite (Requires Adobe Acrobat). So now you can all be pros!
