I travel for work a lot, but to many FlyerTalkers, I'm undoubtedly a novice. (I haven't been in the game for that long.) Today, when I flew from Providence to Nashville, I wasn't feeling too well to begin with... a somewhat turbulent flight, particularly during the descent, didn't help matters. Now, I feel terrible, but can't really sleep, even though I tried NyQuil. Ugh.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to handle being sick on the road or have any ideas about what to do when you don't feel well at all and want to be home in your own bed (but are stuck at a hotel)?

Or have you been sick on the road and felt like me? Misery loves company and since I can't sleep, I figured I'd ask.
