My recollection of the hotel is that on the lower floors, only certain rooms (I think 2 per floor) have partial views of the Opera House or Harbour. On the higher floors (not sure which floor it starts), it gets better. I think the Suites are positioned so you can get a view of both sides but I am not sure.

The hotel is really one layer back from the Harbour so the view gets blocked by other buildings a lot. I was a Gold and got a room that had a view of the Opera House between two buildings.

I would call or e-mail them to find out and also call them before arrival to see if they can block a good room for you.
