I've no reason to dispute this, but this seems bizarre...so, if you arrive from NRT (at either 1455 or 1715), you can't take a shower?
This is definitely not the impression given anywhere on BA's site (I couldn't find mention of operating hours). E.g.:

Arrivals lounges
The airline lounge experience is no longer exclusive to departing flights. Arrivals lounges at London Heathrow Terminals 1 and 4, London Gatwick and Johannesburg offer an exclusive welcome for business travellers.
Arrivals lounge facilities include refreshing power showers and a breakfast buffet, so that you can freshen up after your flight. At London Heathrow Terminals 1 and 4 you have the added facilities of the Molton Brown Travel Spa, business centre and a clothes valet service.

Arrival Lounges
Whilst you enjoy a power shower we can press your suit, which leaves you time to grab a bite to eat or catch up on your work in the comfort of our Arrivals Lounge* before leaving the airport.
*Available at London Heathrow Terminals 1 and 4.
AskBA doesn't mention hours...
