Not sure I understand what you are saying (the coffee is still brewing). If AC was genuinely focused on high yield pax, then wouldn't a parellel revenue based qualification system make sense? I don't think AC management have the balls to go the BA route when the other major NA carriers still give Q points for discount fares. However instituting a parellel rev based system (if only on AC.com) would allow them to reward high rev but low mileage customers.
