Either my emails worked, or the points were going to post on May 1st, as they've credited my account this morning.

Now, only 5,000 posted, but I know the 269 for spend never did - which item/document was it that said, for on-line purchases, you'd get 5,269? It's not in the order acknowledgement.

Am half tempted to give up on it, but I don't see why I should miss out on 650 BA Miles, after all this.
