I have nothing but good things to say about that book. It's not only insightful, but an interesting take at the business and it allows the reader to understand the thought process of the man that turned around Continental. He occasionally takes a shot at the "old" Continental, too, so those of us that were flying CO in the 80s and early 90s have to appreciate that humor.
