Remember creating a Lufthansa account online a year ago or so, but unfortunately have no information kept on my miles and more number. Who do I call (preferable) or write to find out my M&M number (please do not suggest a 1800 number to the miles and more program, as I am quite sure they will not be allowed to disclose such information over the phone). Call the 0180 number.
Tell them you do not hold card and pin anymore.
If your adress is still correct they will send pin and card by post.
If not you have to send a fax to get your adress updated and then they will send pin and card.
If it is a temporary card number you have to ask friendly if they can give you the number by phone cause they do not send out the pre card number by post again.
so do not hesitate and call them.
