Probably the only way to get cheaper is through something like priceline or internet-only fare, but it is likely that you won't be able to use your voucher with those prices. i think normal fare to hawaii are mid-$500s with 21 day in advance, so 397 is not bad. but make sure that the fare is upgradeable.
