Yeah, they're constantly telling me, be it for this promo or a previous one 'in fact your points for this did post last month, I can see it clearly - so have a nice day etc'.I then have to butt in , before they hang up & ask them to actually read the description, which of course proves it's something completely difft., like 5,000 for insurance. They've obviously got major staffing/management issues when all the staff ever do is a)fob you off, b) lie to you, or c) tell you that they'll get back to you asap, & of course never do.
