I think jchand means that the TOTAL Clubcard points shown on the bottom cannot cope with more than 100,000 balance. It is still possible - perhaps for anti-fraud reasons - that tills cannot cope with more than 1000 points in one transactions, although this seems unlikely since many of us bought multiple bottles of champagne last year in one go for well over 1000 bonus points!
The till receipts can cope with more than 1000 pts from a purchase.
I have had over 10,000 points credited in one shop, with no problems.
I have just had an e-mail saying my 3000 points were credited earlier this month. Another Lie.
I did purchase some DVD that came to 3000 points. They may be getting mixed up.
This really is S..t service. A total joke.
