As per previous thread, I'm considering cancelling my AMEX Platinum in favor of Diner's Club Carte Blanche (better rewards, better redemption rates, greater redemption partners, and now with MasterCard alliance, more acceptance).

Any thoughts from the experienced travelers on this subject?
