I am sorry to read that you have been passed from pillar to post in order to obtain an answer to your query. The 1000 bonus clubcard points will be added to your account roughly a week before your next statement is due. This is because Tesco till slips are unable to add any more than 999 points in any one transaction. Unfortunately we have no email address available to our clubcard department which we can distribute to our customers but I can assure you they will be present on your next statement.
Again, please accept my apologies that it has taken so long for you to receive an answer to when the bonus clubcard points will be added.

What a load of B......s... We all know that till receipts can handel more than 1000 clubcard points. It is when you get over 100,000 that they have a problem as only 5 digits can be displayed. ( However this dose not effect your clubcard balance).
This is all turning into a bit of a joke.
