Travelling tomorrow DTW-SFO-HNL-NRT-HKG and unable to check in online. NO ONE knows or cares why (Elite line, supervisor, NWA.com tech support or her supervisor). Everyone assures me that I'll have no trouble at ticket counter tomorrow, but earlier this month I had a great deal of trouble in a similar situation at the DTW tkt counter. Finally got a boarding pass for the DTW-LAX leg but had to get all others at World Club in LAX.

Anyone else having these problems?
