Could you possibly have a name that is on the "list"?? My BF has a name that is apparently very close to a name on the FBI most wanted list so several times now, we can't check-in online or use the kiosk. It's the biggest pain in the ***!! We had to get in line and see a person at the ticket counter (I guess to verify w/ his id that he is not the person they are looking for). Just a thought...esp since this is not the first time for you. Good luck though...
