Although I'm not sure whether the HKG-SUB-HKG-DPS-HKG flights are allowed under the AA code.
Or if Finnair Leisure flights are allowed, try
DXB-HEL-TFS-HEL-HKG-SUB-HKG-DPS-HKG-JFK-SJU-DFW-ANC-DFW-SJU-LAX-LHR-DXB at 54304 miles.
Both are all on AY or AA coded flights (operated by AY, AA, BA and CX). It's almost impossible to use LA on an xONE3 (maybe you can fly FRA-MAD but it's not a good use of a segment even if you can).
