I've seen people on here talk of a Senator line, but I've been a UK-based Senator for 6 years and never been sent details of such a telephone number.
I'm calling 0870 837 7737, which is the UK telephone number listed for Miles and More on
www.lufthansa.co.uk. Is this the right place to call? The person who I spoke to today said the reason miles would take several days to re-credit was because the paperwork had to be sent to Germany.

The letter that came with your SEN card whould have an outer London (0208) phone number printed at the top as your "Service Centre" number. That is your SEN hotline and wil get you through either to the local M&M people at LHR, or to the SEN staff at the main European call centre, depending on the time of day.
