I'm calling 0870 837 7737, which is the UK telephone number listed for Miles and More on www.lufthansa.co.uk. Is this the right place to call? The person who I spoke to today said the reason miles would take several days to re-credit was because the paperwork had to be sent to Germany.

ETIX or not ETIX, thats the question?????

There´s no paperwork to be sent if you have an etix. If you have a paperticket, it takes a couple days indeed. They will never recredit your milage without holding the orig. documents in their hands.

it´s in germany. Sometimes you get transferred to another callcenter somewhere. Still the best hotline they offer!
