I'm calling 0870 837 7737, which is the UK telephone number listed for Miles and More on www.lufthansa.co.uk. Is this the right place to call? The person who I spoke to today said the reason miles would take several days to re-credit was because the paperwork had to be sent to Germany.

ETIX or not ETIX, thats the question?????

Thereīs no paperwork to be sent if you have an etix. If you have a paperticket, it takes a couple days indeed. They will never recredit your milage without holding the orig. documents in their hands.

itīs in germany. Sometimes you get transferred to another callcenter somewhere. Still the best hotline they offer!
