Onepass no longer allows international upgrades on military or government fares. According to OnePass and CTO agents this was effective about a week ago. CTO got a memo from Houston. I have a close family member who is irked.

The gov/mil fare basis allows upgrades, and has in the past, BUT the One Pass upgrade REWARD now adds this new restriction.

Another restriction to the OnePathetic international upgrade policy AND another unannounced change to the OnePass program.
