I've seen people on here talk of a Senator line, but I've been a UK-based Senator for 6 years and never been sent details of such a telephone number.

I'm calling 0870 837 7737, which is the UK telephone number listed for Miles and More on www.lufthansa.co.uk. Is this the right place to call? The person who I spoke to today said the reason miles would take several days to re-credit was because the paperwork had to be sent to Germany.
