OK The executive card desk are right the DXB route does have NCW although there is always a chance that this could be changed on the day.
Are you sure you saw a seat map with 2-2-2 fwd facing and not a seat map 2-2-2 NCW.
The reason I say this is you said you had 1K, 1K is a Fisrt seat on aircraft with the club cradle seats.Club on these aircraft is rows 6 and 7 and rows 10 to 13.
It seeems to me that MMB was always showing the correct configeration and that you may have realised this when looking at the set map.
