Any idea on what is happening in DC / NoVa on 6/15

Called to make reservations today... The following are sold out and it is about 7 weeks in advance:

Homewood Dulles North
Hampton Cascades
ES Dulles
Hilton Dulles

I ended up booking in Leesburg. All of the people I spoke with had no idea why they were sold out so far in advance. Just curious.
