Breakfast is basically it... Candlewood doesn't have breakfast whereas SS has a hot breakfast which is usually ok. That and SS does the tues-thu happy hour thing in the afternoons where they usually got some sort of food out for you to eat and cokes/beer if you drink. As for the rooms there pretty much the same quality wise imo.
