I am a world perks member and LH Miles&More member. Can I get these 5600 miles transferred to any of these programs ? Is there anything I could do to save these miles?

If you haven't already done so, register at
SkyMiles Shopping and purchase something from one of the listed retailers.
Note: You have to link to the retailer via the link provided on that site so that you get credit for your purchases.
If you do it right, then the miles earned should qualify as "partner activity" and keep your miles from expiring.
