I think everyone who has bought these ridiculous fares will have "X/LHR" on their tickets. I was fearing I wasn't going to be able to break my journey in LHR when I approached Gulf Air but was pleasantly surprised to find my booking changed - no quibbles. I'm just puzzled because when I first saw the "X" (no stopover permitted) on 3 of my 4 coupons I immediately thought there was no way GF would allow a stopover. But they did. Why? don't ask me.
