My experience with Sam's and Costco in Florida, anyway, is that they don't carry the "beginner" boogie boards. Typically, they carry a decent Morey for around $35.00 that would run $50+ in a surf shop. If the kids are under 100 pounds or so, you could probably get by with the $5-$10 ones at *mart, but if they are much heavier, they will probably find the boogie experience frustrating and disappointing on the styrofoam boards, and much better on the $35 board.
