I rent by the month... most recently 5 months straight... with the loss of benefits/ free upgrades (that I dont have to ask for) etc... I am moving on! I used to feel like Budget wanted my business, not so now! Called today to get the comp'd Hertz gold. Hope they know how to treat their customers.
