Interestingly, when I try to book it on line, it says it can't calculate the miles needed and that I need to call the service center to book it...
Oh my, 100,000 miles, that was before LH improved MM last August. It's 140,000 now, and yes, the online award booking engine ex US appears to be broken since at least several weeks ago. Btw, one-way upgrades are now 50,000 miles and restricted to certain booking classes (it used to be 20,000, then 30,000 miles and all classes). So you'd be better off upgrading with SEN e-vouchers, but then again, LH took most of those away, as well. At least you can still use your overdraft of 160,000 miles - until May 1, that is.
