Err.. I must be an idiot... Can't seem to get the OWE Planner to work right?

These are the items I put in the blanks

From:~asa|~nam|~eur
To :~asa|~nam|~eur

then I clicked on the submit button.

It says "Click on table header to sort contents"

I can't see the table header?

Did I get it correctly?
