I sell ALOT on ebay and I would definitely buy upgrade vouchers on ebay IF the following conditions were met:

1. The upgrade was a PAPER certificate where it has a "fill-in-the-blank" type user name, i.e. the seller's name isn't printed on it and anyone can use it

2. The seller accepts PayPal. In general if the seller won't accept PayPal and demands payment by money order or cashiers check - or worse yet Western Union - then STAY AWAY!!

3. The seller is an established user of ebay with several feedbacks - preferably for similar upgrade certs - under their belt
