like all the other replies, i am also jealous. shortly after 9/11 i was stuck in SFO all day for one delay after another. the first was mechanical (oil pump), the second was the same (replacement oil pump caused same issues). after that it was two standby delays for weather. and what did i get as compensation? i got to become intimately familiar with SFO. thats about it. consider yourself lucky! im sure this might have been done because it was easter.
