Delta used to allow routing changes for free. Now, time, date or routing changes are $50 each. Be glad that at least you have time, date changes!

PS - I think they have a $50 fee if you sneeze while talking to them. Next will be a $5 question fee. It's almost as bad as dealing with a bank...
