There was the yellow slip of paper that says that TSA opened the bag to inspect it, thats why they put the TSA at fault for teh bag being broken.

Does anyone know the procedures in order to get the bag repaired/replaced?
First, KEEP EVERYTHING...the bag, the notice of inspection slip, boarding passes, the receipt for the ticket...EVERYTHING. Make picture/photocopies too.

Second, go to the TSA website and download the claim form.

Third, be patient. This is The G they'll be dealing with. It could take up to and over a year to get compensated.

Good luck.
