How to get a bag fixed replaced that TSA broke?
My folks called I sent them off the other day, when they got their bag it was broken and Not shut (closed) in the proper way. They said due to it not being closed properly the bag broke- not sure exactly how as I wont be seeing it till I pick them up tommorrow. There was the yellow slip of paper that says that TSA opened the bag to inspect it, thats why they put the TSA at fault for teh bag being broken.
Does anyone know the procedures in order to get the bag repaired/replaced?
