I bought a bottle of driveway crack sealer (that didn't work) and a plastic wayback liner/protector for our station wagon (that shipped four weeks late) and a tin of cookies for a Christmas present (that never shipped at all AFAIK).

I don't like SkyMall. Not only are the prices out of control, but they have no control over order fulfillment. They take your order, pass it on to the component catalog company, and forget about it. So there's no tracking, no data, no accountability.

Over and above the fact that most SkyMall stuff is ridiculous (who needs a $1,300 popcorn machine on wheels for the rec room?), I would not order from them again for basic service reasons.
