On the positive side, Verizon airphone service at each row is good. I don't see a lot of external marketing of the 10cents/minute deal. I think that is a winner.

115v outlets is also a good thing, as 12v power supplies won't handle the 90w to 150w monster laptops that roadwarriors are getting these days. Has anyone tried a big laptop with the 115v?

JetConnect/Conexion for each seat would be great, as long as there is enough seat pitch to keep the screen at a decent viewing angle when the person in front fully reclines.
