I got the same issue. In my case, my corporate CDP also includes LDW so I grudgingly give up Hertz awards (#1 points and any free certs) so I don't have to worry about dings

I would think that you could remove the CDP from your profile and start receiving the regular bonuses, as there are real instances where you are supposed to do that (if you leave the company, for example)
