Hi,
Not got time to answer all but the route through points and frequency per week are:
BKK 2
SIN 4 (wonderful expression)
DOH daily
DXB 5
No BA service to CMB, KUL
I doubt you want to go through MUC, DME, LHR direct, NRT, DUS, FRA, MXP, VIE where you could change of BA.
Do you want day or night or mixture for the BA sectors? That will drive the DXB answer, whereas DOH is daylight out and dark back.
